Our work includes:

  • Providing strategic planning advice to inform development strategies and masterplans
  • Local plan promotion
  • Preparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications for a range of developments, including residential, commercial, health, and education uses

We work with a diverse range of clients, including major house builders, leisure organizations, developers, universities, housing associations, and private investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing commercial and specific planning advice
  • Proactively managing engagement with the local planning authority and other stakeholders
  • Preparing high-quality planning submissions and Development Plan Representations
  • Representing the clients' commercial interests throughout the planning process
