Workload: The position involves a diverse range of both contentious and non-contentious matters, covering all facets of employment law, and engaging with both employers and employees on a local and national scale.

Clientele: The firm represents some of the largest entities in the financial, automotive, and technology sectors across the UK, with multiple offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice and guidance to clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant legislation.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • Proven experience in managing both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation, case law, and best practices.
