About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Kettering. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup and maintenance of retail displays, products, and promotions within The Entertainer concession within Tesco.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively and products are displayed attractively.
  • Responsible for ensuring shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with instore colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
