Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Starbucks store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift managers to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability
  • Monitor and control labor costs, waste, and inventory levels to optimize store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail or hospitality management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
