DAY SHIFT LOGISTICS OPERATIVE - GOODS IN - PERMANENT POSITION

Compensation: £12.50 per hour (without license), £12.75 per hour (with one license), £13 per hour (with two licenses) + OVERTIME

Location: Thetford Area

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30, including a 45-minute paid break.

THM Employment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled logistics operative to join our expanding day shift team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid UK driving license and hold current Counterbalance Forklift truck and Bendi (Aisle Master) licenses, along with the necessary certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient individual order picking
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and yard
  • Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Breaking down and verifying incoming deliveries
  • Updating and signing off on delivery documentation

Attention to detail is crucial, as all candidates will be required to interpret manual pick tickets accurately. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
