About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Anchor. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Assist with mealtime and ensure residents receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of residents' lives, including emotional and social support.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, based on understanding, trust, and genuine care.
