Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety plans for construction projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to contractors and employees on safe working practices.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and incident reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Health and Safety Advisor.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification.
