Demand Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Ocado Logistics. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for driving accurate demand forecasts and data-driven decisions to achieve critical KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage demand and forecast planning for hundreds of products
- Leverage data to drive success and maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Build strong supplier relationships and lead supplier performance reviews
- Act as the first point of contact for operational supply chain issues
- Collaborate with suppliers and commercial colleagues to create collaborative plans and identify emerging trends
- Motivate your team with integrity and act as a role model and ambassador for our core values
- Preferred experience in FMCG, supply chain or merchandising with solid business acumen
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a KPI-driven environment
- Strong relationships builder and flexible in a fast-changing environment
