Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with guests, from arrival to departure, to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including inventory management, stock rotations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as AccorHotel's environmental charter.
  • Train and develop employees to improve their skills and provide support for career development.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth through innovative and creative approaches.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory, sales, and employee performance.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, employees, and other departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, stock rotations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory, sales, and employee performance.
