Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive inspections to accurately identify engine and mechanical/electrical problems
- Repair, maintain, and improve vehicle computer and electronic systems
- Execute routine maintenance tasks to enhance vehicle performance and longevity
- Provide guidance to vehicle owners on proper usage and schedule future maintenance appointments
- Replace defective components, resolve issues, and offer detailed repair estimates
- Keep meticulous work records and ensure tools are maintained in excellent condition
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and vehicle systems
- Ability to operate various tools and heavy machinery safely
- Commitment to safety standards
- Good physical condition and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably certified through a vocational program or apprenticeship
- Valid certifications such as ASE are advantageous
