C&M Scientific, part of Scientific Laboratory Supplies (SLS), is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field-based team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory equipment in universities, hospitals, and other laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer appointments, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Validate, re-qualify, and calibrate laboratory equipment to the highest standards
  • Work closely with fellow Field Engineers, supporting them with projects and maintaining effective communication with the service administration team
  • Utilize company-provided tools and test equipment to fulfill your role to the highest standard
