  • Idea Generation: Produce and communicate a consistent stream of fresh ideas.
  • Technical Skills: Apply high levels of information technology skills in relevant design packages and hardware, including Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Flash) and MS Office (including PowerPoint).
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' professional/commercial experience.
  • Software Skills: In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Software, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and experience of web development.
  • Web Development: Familiarity with developing cross-browser and cross-platform solutions.
  • Emerging Technologies: Keen interest in emerging technologies and the Web.
  • Design Principles: Thorough understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, web standards, and advertising standards and their application.
  • Attention to Detail: Acute observation and an expert eye for detail.
  • Resilience: Resilience to rejection and constructive criticism of creative work.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and organization skills to handle a full and varied workload.
