Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our lubrication management programme, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

About the Role

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures, carrying out scheduled lubrication tasks, and performing used oil analysis. You will also conduct condition monitoring, lead customer communication, and drive continuous improvement on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures for customers
  • Carry out scheduled lubrication tasks using our cutting-edge scheduling system
  • Perform used oil analysis, from sampling to generating follow-up reports and implementing remedial actions
  • Conduct condition monitoring, including thermography, ultrasound, and visual inspections
  • Lead customer communication by managing KPIs and attending regular meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement on-site by planning and executing maintenance strategies
  • Manage stock control and inventory to ensure smooth site operations
