We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Writing Expert to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases our company's expertise and capabilities.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Mechanical & Electrical services contractor, with a strong focus on fire safety, installation, and testing. Our company is committed to creating long-term employment and training opportunities, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business with day-to-day bid writing, delivering high-quality content that aligns with our company's brand, position, and processes.
- Lead on and manage tender kick-off processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with a Bid Co-ordinator, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and deliver standard content, including CVs, case studies, capability statements, and project profiles, that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.
- Research and analyze regional regulatory requirements, project scope, works instructions, and client strategy documents to inform bid development.
- Produce compelling, factual, and focused executive summaries and marketing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Report directly to senior management on business risks, including those identified in RFPs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in bid writing and proposal development within a engineering/facilities/construction environment.
- Familiarity with reading and understanding requirements from high-level RFPs/RFIs/EOIs.
- Public sector procurement expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly for an international audience.
