Position: Facilities Manager
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days on-site
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance Required: CTC Clearance
Role Responsibilities:- Oversee Facilities Management operations
- Manage Contracts and Supplier relationships
- Membership in a relevant professional organization, such as IWFM Level 4/5 Member, RICS FM Pathway, or MRICS, or equivalent experience.
- Possession of a NEBOSH or National Examination Board Occupational Safety Health National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, or a commitment to obtain it.
- Completion of the National Engineering and Construction Contracts Accredited Training, with a strong understanding of TFM contracts, NEC3 provisions, and related processes.
- Relevant technical compliance training, such as L8, HV/LV.
- Membership in the GPP is preferred, or candidates should be actively pursuing it.
