Job Title: Senior Menswear Designer

Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Menswear Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Jack Wills brand and its position in the market.

  • Design and develop ranges with a focus on brand elevation and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of fabrics and design capabilities across supply chains.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and oversee the development process to ensure ranges are produced to the highest standard.
  • Communicate effectively with the wider team and management to present research and ranges.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 6+ years of experience working within a design role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to design both trend-led and commercial ranges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
