Job Summary
We are seeking a Care Professional to join our team in Kinross and surrounding areas. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing companionship, support, and care to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as shopping, household chores, and preparing meals
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with other Care Professionals and the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
