Electrical Maintenance Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ideal Employment Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of electrical systems within our client's facility in Dudley.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to prevent downtime and maintain optimal productivity.
  2. Inspect and test electrical systems and components to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  3. Install and control electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs of electrical equipment.
  4. Wear and use personal protective equipment at all times, and adhere strictly to company safety regulations and codes of safe working practice.
  5. Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance checks and procedures, and record and report any adverse signs, symptoms, or trends.
  6. Respond to and assist with emergency situations, and undertake allocated maintenance activities as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of electrical systems and a proven track record of maintenance and repair experience. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
