HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities
  • Address reactive and urgent repair issues
  • Complete and submit all necessary operational service documentation promptly
  • Participate in an on-call schedule to provide comprehensive out-of-hours support
  • Support fellow team members as needed or as directed by management
  • Ensure all tasks are executed within agreed contractual timelines
  • Actively work to minimize energy usage at client sites
  • Coordinate with subcontractors regarding service delivery
  • Conduct all duties in line with company policies and procedures
  • Execute work safely and responsibly
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
  • Engage in training and performance review sessions as required
Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in HVAC
  • Proven knowledge in HVAC systems
  • F-gas certification (mandatory)
  • At least 18 months of experience in a service and maintenance role
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to contributing to a growing organization
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
