Role Responsibilities

As a Spa & Leisure Attendant, your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining the spa and pool facilities while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collecting and recording essential guest information, including contact details and medical history.
  • Collaborating with management to uphold exceptional guest service standards.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of treatments and products, effectively communicating their benefits and pricing to guests.
