About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our air conditioning product roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework practices
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and experience in managing product roadmaps and related portfolio management activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • International experience and background, with a strong understanding of global markets and cultures
