The RoleAs an Accounts Payable Assistant/Purchase Ledger, you will be an essential part of the finance team, responsible for managing and processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing the expenses inbox on a daily basis
- Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions and updating the accounting system accordingly
- Summarizing staff expenses in accordance with deadlines to ensure timely payroll processing
- Providing cover for the Purchase Ledger Controller during absence
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
The Ideal CandidateYou will have proven experience in an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger role and good experience with all MS packages, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
