Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Novo Executive Search. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing commercial and contractual guidance to project teams, managing contractual risks and opportunities, and administering contracts in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams on contractual and legal implications of potential project strategies and decisions.
  • Manage contractual risks and opportunities, and administer contracts in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with and support other functions, including Finance and Project Controls.
  • Monitor contract performance and make management aware of any upcoming commercial or contractual issues or deadlines.
Requirements:
  • BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Significant QS career background in the construction industry, either having worked for construction consultancies or contractors.
  • Must have solid experience of delivering infrastructure projects, e.g. Energy, Nuclear, Utilities, Bridges, Highways, and/or Rail.
  • Notable levels of contract management experience.
