Medivet Group is seeking an experienced Employment Relations Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our employment relations strategy and ensuring the fair treatment of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law and relations issues, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to mitigate risk and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and line managers to identify and address potential conflicts and risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work closely with the People Development team to design and deliver training programs that strengthen line management interventions around conflict and risk.
- Review and refine company policies and procedures to ensure they are legally compliant and effectively communicated to employees.
- Partner with the Employee Relations Specialist and Employee Relations Lead to identify and address potential litigation risks, ensuring early conciliation claims and ET1 submissions are flagged and addressed through established processes.
- Proven experience in employment relations, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and legislation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Operational and commercial acumen, with the ability to make evidence-based business decisions.
- Ability to analyze data and evidence to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
