We are seeking a highly skilled Financial and Production Controller to join our team at Future Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and production aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management
  • Finalize project completion costs monthly for review and approval by the Director and finance team.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial objectives are met.
Production Management
  • Manage smaller ad hoc graphic requirements for stakeholders, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure risk assessments and method statements are generated prior to project start on site dates.
Communication and Project Management
  • Handle inbound office communication both internally and externally.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication channels to ensure project progress and resolve any issues promptly.
Research and Innovation
  • Undertake research on new ad hoc projects aimed at adding value to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for innovative and/or sustainable materials solutions within projects for Director approval.
  • Gather appropriate graphic and visual content for external marketing agency.

Requirements

  • Assist Directors in project execution and overall company operations as required.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address project issues, finding creative solutions to challenges.
