HR Advisor Opportunity in a Dynamic Financial Services Business

A forward-thinking financial services business is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team in the heart of London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional to make a significant impact in a small and highly specialized department that is poised for growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing processes, procedures, and tools to drive business success.

The organization is complex and dynamic, requiring a creative and positive individual who is comfortable with ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in environments that have undergone significant change and have experience of implementing HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the recruitment process, including interview coordination, paperwork, and onboarding.
  2. Providing guidance and advice to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
  3. Coordinating benefits and ensuring data integrity, reporting, and analytics.
  4. Leading projects to implement process improvements, systems, and procedures.
  5. Driving HR reporting, HRIS, and analytics.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A CIPD qualification is desirable, and the ability to work in a flexible and hybrid working environment is essential. This is a full-time position that requires a full-time appointment. The business has a flexible working culture and supports hybrid working, with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.
