We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at BIG YELLOW SELF STORAGE COMPANY LIMITED. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service to meet the needs of our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by promoting our products and services, and identifying potential sales leads.
  • Conduct daily health and safety walkarounds to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and maintenance of our database.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry and database management.
