Senior Service Delivery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Workingmums. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the operational relationship with clients at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee service escalations and drive client satisfaction
  2. Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and client expectations
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at the Executive level
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client relationships
  5. Act as a primary contact for service escalations and provide support during critical incidents
  6. Drive account growth by aligning the client's IT strategy with internal solutions

Requirements:

  1. Current or previous experience in a Service Management role, ideally within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry
  2. Proven experience aligning service delivery with contracts and revenue targets
  3. Expertise in leading quarterly strategic reviews with senior client contacts
  4. Strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure products and services
  5. Expert issue resolution and effective escalation management
  6. Strong relationship management skills, balancing client satisfaction with commercial objectives

Working Arrangements:

The role will be based in Tower Hamlets, London, with a requirement to work 2 days onsite. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
