Lead the Way in Our Lounges

Lounges are the heart of our business, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

What You'll Do
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace for your team to deliver excellent results
  • Develop and implement sales-building strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage labor forecasts and schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues and customers
  • Strong knowledge of sales-building techniques and labor forecasting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
