Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on VRV, VRF, chillers, split systems, air handling units, and refrigeration units.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems in line with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, executing repairs or component replacements as necessary.
  • Respond to urgent service requests and carry out repairs promptly.
  • Engage with clients in a field-based capacity, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • FGAS certification or NVQ Level 2 in refrigeration/air conditioning.
  • Bonus incentives of £500 in June and £500 in November.
  • Travel time compensated at standard rate Monday to Friday, with enhanced rates for weekends.
  • Overtime compensated at time and a half, with double time on Sundays.
  • 23 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
  • Uniform and smartphone included.
