Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts as a Head of Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and market share. This is a key hire that will grow and develop the brand using digital and traditional marketing to build and lead a strong marketing team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
* Lead and mentor a marketing team, overseeing their performance and development
* Collaborate with agency partners to deliver results and monitor performance
* Create and manage monthly and annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds
* Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on marketing activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position
* Strong understanding and practical application of SEO, PPC, analytics, and affiliate marketing
* Excellent leadership and team-building skills
* Ability to create, manage, and optimize marketing budgets
* Experience working effectively with external agencies and holding them accountable for performance
