Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated relationship builder to join our client as an Area Account Manager to visit customers across the South of England up to Birmingham area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our distributor clients, build relationships, and drive sales growth in your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively service and grow opportunity across the existing client base branches
- Covering an area South of the UK as far north as Birmingham
- Visiting our customer base regularly, ensuring you are maintaining and growing key relationships
- Be the focal point between customers, sales teams and other internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate and showcase the product range to customers
- Attend exhibitions possibly 2 or 3 times per year (this may include international travel)
- Attend Sales meetings at Head Office
- Attend factory visits with customers
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a business to business sales role, ideally field based
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious with an eagerness to learn
- An ability and willingness to travel and meet customers
- It is desirable that applicants are based fairly central to the sales area, eg Swindon, Cambridge for example
What We Offer:
Salary up to circa £45,000 + bonus + company car and pension scheme.
