Floor Layer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join our dynamic maintenance team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to floor laying, with general maintenance in carpentry and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent carpentry and/or plumbing skills
• Experience of working with polysafe / vinyl flooring
• Access to own tools
• Punctuality and reliability
• Strong team player with a good work ethic
• Experience of working in social housing (desirable)
