Salt Search is partnering with a global communications agency to find a Digital Content Manager to join their established team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for client liaison, translating high-level strategies into actionable digital content plans, and managing a small team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in digital content management, working across multiple accounts, and a genuine interest in the arts and culture space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Social Media Director on digital content strategy and implementation, working on multiple client accounts
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and keep them updated on performance of digital content and timelines
  • Provide insight into the market and latest trends in digital content that can be utilized for clients
  • Use digital content listening and analytical tools to report on performance, using insight to inform future decision making
  • Ensure all content is impeccably written, adheres to tone of voice, and is factually correct
  • Work with SMEs to execute day-to-day digital content activities such as content planning, posting, community management, and reporting
  • Advise clients on paid digital content strategy, where necessary
  • Develop insightful and detailed reports for clients
  • Manage the Digital Content Executive and an intern

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in successfully managing digital content accounts in a comparable space (arts, architecture, culture)
  • Ability to develop executional plans from strategic directives
  • Excellent communication, writing, and leadership skills
  • Ideally has mentored or managed a small team
  • Deep passion for arts and culture
