Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Legal Recruitment. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Purchases: Assist clients with the sale and purchase of commercial properties, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Joint Ventures: Advise clients on joint venture agreements, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Site Sales and Acquisitions: Assist clients with the sale and acquisition of commercial properties, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Promotion and Collaboration Agreements: Advise clients on promotion and collaboration agreements, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Managing Property Portfolios: Assist clients with the management of their commercial property portfolios, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Sales and Disposal of Plots: Assist clients with the sale and disposal of commercial plots, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Buying or Selling Company Premises: Assist clients with the buying or selling of company premises, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Commercial Leases for Landlord and/or Tenant: Advise clients on commercial leases for landlords and/or tenants, including drafting and negotiating contracts.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in commercial property and real estate or legal executive.
  • Technical Ability: Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Caseload Management: Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Time Management: Taking a proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks is essential.
  • Teamwork: Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on own initiative.
  • Professional Development: Seeks to develop and progress in a reputable department.
