Role Overview: We are in search of a skilled Cost Estimator to manage the financial dimensions of our projects. This position entails calculating expenses, overseeing contracts, and ensuring operational effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Calculate expenses for restoration and replacement initiatives.
- Perform site inspections to guarantee project adherence.
- Oversee procurement processes and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare financial assessments and negotiate contractual agreements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years of pertinent experience.
- In-depth understanding of contractual agreements, particularly the JCT suite.
- Experience in preparing claims.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
