Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Coordination: Organizing and assigning the right personnel for audit tasks.
  • Fieldwork Management: Overseeing and supporting on-site audit activities.
  • File Review: Analyzing and finalizing audit documentation while pinpointing significant concerns for the audit Responsible Individual (RI).
  • Client Interaction: Engaging with clients in a professional and suitable manner.
  • Budget Management: Establishing financial plans and negotiating service fees with clients.
  • Invoicing: Generating invoices in line with the agreed billing structure.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring project delivery against financial plans and identifying potential overruns.
  • Performance Reviews: Participating in staff evaluations and recognizing training requirements.
  • Business Development: Contributing to growth initiatives and attending networking functions.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ACA or ACCA certification.
  • A minimum of two years of post-qualification audit experience within a UK accountancy environment.
  • A strong capability to recognize critical risk factors during both planning and completion phases.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.
