We are looking for a highly motivated and personable individual to assist with the delivery of exquisite cocktails and exceptional wine. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
• Take orders and prepare drinks to the highest standard
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Liaise with key team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Abide by company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

• Leaving Cert level education or above
• NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage, and customer service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
