National Locums is seeking an experienced and dedicated Gynaecology Nurse to support Urogynae clinics in West Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us clear the backlog of patients and ensure they receive the highest standard of care. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying flexible working hours and competitive rates.

**Initial Commitment**

* 8 clinics, each with 7 patients per day (30-minute slots), covering a total of 54 patients.
* Depending on demand, the number of clinics may be increased to 15.
* Clinics will be scheduled during weekends and evenings to accommodate patient needs and your availability.

**What We Offer**

* Opportunities for weekend and evening shifts.
* Offering hourly, daily, or sessional rates, with the flexibility to choose what suits you best.
* This role falls outside IR35, providing advantageous tax and employment conditions.

**Person Specification**

* Qualifications/Training: Evidence of continuous professional development, Degree.
* Previous Experience: Accept personal accountability for own practice, Understanding of evidence-based practice, Understanding of Clinical Governance, Continence care, Experience providing Gynaecology care.
* Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, Capable of working as an integral member of a small team, Flexible and adaptable to changing situations due to both workload and colleagues' needs, Ability to undertake teaching of staff and patients, Ability to work unsupervised and manage own workload; effective time management, Effective interpersonal skills, Commitment to multidisciplinary working, Counselling/communication skills to deal with sensitive care issues, Knowledge of Gynaecology subspecialties, Urodynamics certification.
