As the Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of software developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions
- Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, management, and maintenance
- Ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards
- Managing development teams using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Requirements include:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the full software development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices
- Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Significant demonstrable experience of managing development teams
