Job Title: Managing Director

Experienced Managing Director required by a reputable Plumbing & Heating Services company with a strong customer base in the North Kent and South London areas.

The company prides itself on its staff and the quality of its work, employing all staff as permanent PAYE employees with no sub-contractors or hidden costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily tasks for office staff, monitored via Trello, to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any issues within the business, providing effective escalation and management.
  • Monitor the New Posts queue in the CRM, allocating resources to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings with the CEO to discuss operational updates and changes.
  • Introduce and promote changes within the operations department to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Act as a liaison between the Accounts and Operations teams, investigating payments and accounting queries.
