Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Day Driver to join our team at Ancora Recruitment. As a Class 1 Day Driver, you will be responsible for completing daily schedules of collections and deliveries of palletised freight to and from commercial and industrial businesses throughout the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver palletised freight to commercial and industrial businesses
  • Collect palletised freight from commercial and industrial businesses
  • Operate a Class 1 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
  • Meet daily delivery and collection targets

Requirements:

  • Class One Licence
  • Digi Card
  • CPC Card
  • At least 12 months experience as a Class 1 driver

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay rate of £16.00
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • 06:00am to 08:00am starts daily
  • Onsite parking
  • Possible permanent opportunities for successful candidates
  • Overtime available
