Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of Loftware project management and implementation, portfolio management, process innovation, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful planning and execution of Loftware project management and implementation initiatives.
  • Oversee the management and delivery of tasks within time, scope, and budget.
  • Deliver functionality agreed to within the initiatives.
  • Provide project management implementation and oversight of Loftware projects.
  • Ensure sound project management processes are created, implemented, monitored, and maintained across the company.
  • Actively provide project management support to project delivery teams to improve internal team growth and project performance.
  • Create, innovate, improve, document, and educate on new processes, templates, and SOPs.
  • Understand the foundations of Loftware technical systems architecture.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and strategic plans for multi-phase initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Provide remote guidance to delivery teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
  • Manage initiative scope, time management, and changes per program scope.
  • Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved team members throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
