General Practice Nurse Development Lead Fellow

Job Summary
Norfolk and Waverney ICB are seeking an experienced General Practice Nurse Development Lead Fellow to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work 5 sessions per week for 9 months, with a focus on supporting the implementation of practice nursing clinical governance models in practice.
Main Duties
- Support the primary care workforce managers and officers to ensure their projects are planned and managed effectively.
- Take the lead in assisting in the successful delivery of projects.
- Support the recruitment and workforce development plan of nursing staff.
- Provide nursing input into new service procurement and implementation.
- Coordinate and manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend career and recruitment events and stakeholder events.
- Maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support general practice nursing staff to undertake training and ensure quality standards.
- Support and provide guidance to locality-based Clinical Educator colleagues.

Person Specification
- The successful candidate will be an appropriately qualified NMC Registered Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practitioner, working substantively within General Practice in Norfolk & Waveney.
