About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join our team at Maven Leisure Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads, to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of staff management, motivation, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day operations in a busy sports bar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A love of sport is a definite advantage
