  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with specifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain project quality.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.

Requirements

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering new build and refurbishment projects with a main contractor.
  • Project Value: Demonstrable experience of solo managing projects above £5m.
  • Project Management Software: Proficient in Project Management software such as Procore and MS Projects.
  • Construction Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Building Products: Strong understanding of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications: Degree in construction, architecture, or related field (preferred).
