About the Role
A leading food manufacturer is seeking a Health and Safety Professional to join their team at their site in Pembrokeshire. The successful candidate will provide Health, Safety and Environment advice and guidance to the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
- Deliver training in safe behaviours and working practices, communicate and report areas of concern.
- Develop and maintain the SHE Management system
- Oversee day-to-day practices and conformance
- Undertake regular compliance checks
- Own and manage the health surveillance plan
Requirements
- Previous similar experience within manufacturing or construction
- NEBOSH Certificate (NVQ Level 3 equivalent
- Member of ISOH IEMA and /or IES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The working hours for the role are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. The salary is £38k - £40k per annum plus an excellent benefits package. Due to the location of the site, a driving licence and own vehicle is recommended, however the site is accessible by bus.
