Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Strategist to join our team as Head of Brand at Wype Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our goals and drives awareness, engagement, and growth across the right marketing channels at the right times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Brand Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Wype's goals and drives awareness, engagement, and growth across the right marketing channels at the right times.
  • Shape the Brand Voice: Become the Wype brand guardian/custodian, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all touchpoints, both physical and digital.
  • Lead Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance Wype's brand visibility and drive mutual value. You'll manage these relationships to ensure they align with our brand objectives.
  • Oversee Budget Management: Strategically manage the brand marketing budget, making informed decisions to ensure effective use of resources while driving strong results.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs): Track the effectiveness of brand initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
  • Leverage Data: Skilled at sourcing and analyzing data, market research, and consumer insights to fine-tune both the product offering and marketing strategy.
  • Work closely on cross-functional projects: Ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader business goals, including product, marketing, and sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record: 7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within creative-led CPG businesses, ideally with experience in startups and larger companies.
  • Strategic Vision & Creative Execution: Ability to translate big ideas into actionable brand strategies and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Content & Multi-Channel Marketing Expertise: Skilled in driving brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing brand budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Keen eye for emerging trends: Stay ahead of consumer trends, culture, and technology to keep the brand relevant, fresh, and competitive.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional at articulating a brand vision and inspiring others through clear, effective storytelling, balancing aesthetic and data.
  • Passion for Consumer & Product: You love understanding consumer needs and behaviors and are equally passionate about developing products that meet those needs, ensuring a seamless connection between the brand's offerings and customer desires.
