Job Title: Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need.
  • Coordinate the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.
  • Hold the therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network and contribute to staff training and consultation.
  • Support the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision.

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
