Key Responsibilities
  • Work hand in hand with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads
  • Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products
  • Work with and provide feedback to the residential team regarding progress to leads provided
Requirements
  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives)
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Numerate and detail-conscious
